The MidTown Tech Hive at 6815 Euclid Avenue is an inclusive and creative space to cowork, root companies, hold events, and take technology skill building classes.

Our goal is to be a dynamic entrepreneurship hub connecting business to critical resources. StartMart is transforming Suite #200 of Terminal Tower, similar to Cincinnati’s Cintrifuse or Boston’s ID Building. The space houses some of our city’s existing startup assets as well as new resources such as StartPods, small, private offices that can be rented on a month-to-month basis.


Tenk West Bank


Built in the early 1880s, this 40,000+ SF foundry building formerly housed the Tenk Machine & Tool Company, as well as many other Cleveland-based industrial firms throughout its history. BNR Ventures acquired the property in 2014 after it remained underutilized for several years. The building was renovated but still maintains its architectural integrity that’s representative of the importance of the iron industry in the Flats.

Tenk West Bank reopened its doors in 2016 and is a development project aimed at reactivating this historic building with a variety of complementary retail, light manufacturing, and office uses.  The mission is to amplify the Flats’ recent positive momentum and continue the remaking of Downtown Cleveland through real property investment and community volunteerism.
